Just had the veal it was terrible and the sauce was nasty. Never again well I ordered from here. Terrible food

We ordered appetizers and a veggie pizza. Delicious stuffed hot peppers. Pizza was good - the crust a little over done for our liking - very brown on one half. Perhaps the oven needs adjusting.

I rate on service not food. I'm also a early eater so it's not always their busiest time. The food is great and the waitress is always there to ask for anything. Cant wait till the nice weather returns to western New York so we can sit in the patio area. Nice new added feature last year.

First time eating here and I'll def. be back

Their food is consistently delicious, most portions are large. The pizza, all pasta (lasagna!), the entree salads, and the soups are all worth trying. The service is good and friendly, and the cannoli are my favorites of all time. My go to restaurant in Lockport.

Bought a tray pizza. Extremely over sauced! EXTREMELY! ! Simply it SUCKED! The taste was no better. It was terrible! What a waste of $28.00. A frozen Tony's Pizza would have put it to shame. Never again! Ruined pizza night.

The pizza and pastries are made by hand. Both are excellent.

Me and my family ordered a taco salad and pasta the pasta had a raw onion and it also had someone’s hair in the pasta and the taco salad was TERRIBLE! Not ordering there again also it made my family’s stomachs ache Hope this review will help you

Good Taste, Fresh, Clean Place, Friendly StaffMy picture is what was left of my fetuccini alfredo. I got two meals.Salad was cold and crisp, not warm or soggy. Red sauce is very good.

Friendly service. A little more expensive than you'd expect, but the portions are generous. While the name is fancy, it's really just a Pizza Hut that wants to be an Italian restaurant. Cook is limited, and does not allow changes from menu (e.g. can't get salad with onions, you can get Chargrilled Wings from the Pit, but inexplicably there can't do the same for chicken fingers).

Hands down, the best white pizza in the area. The red sauce is equally good, and their portions for dine in meals make them very affordable and filling. One of my favorite Italian places in the city.

Tasty food, came at a busy time and it took a while for the food, but was worth the wait.

I went with the seafood pasta - it was fantastic. Easily the best seafood pasta I've ever had. Just enough zip of a spicy flavor, and a huge amount of seafood added. Amazing!

A cozy dining room with very large portions. The Chicken Parmigiana is excellent! Kids selections are enormous.

Wow is all I have to say, Friday night my husband and some friends ordered a Sicilian pizza for delivery. Pizza came looked delicious and as I was taking a bite of it I soon realized the pizza was not cooked fully... mouth full of dough. NASTY. I called told them the situation and they sent me a new pizza.. 19 minutes later it arrived at my house in worse shape then the first pizza... when we called back the guy gave us the runaround because we asked for it not burnt which I guess means I want my pizza raw in their minds. After a lengthy discussion he proceeded to give me a credit for the pizza. We call today to use the credit and we were told we got a $9 dollar credit!!! A $9 DOLLAR CREDIT ON A $25 order... They proceeded to say there was nothing they could do and that was it... Poor ownership, poor management and poor customer service...

Their sweet sauce is absolutely AMAZING!! However, I tried the stuffed shells with their regular sauce and I was surprised at how little they compared in awesomeness to the pizza. A little disappointed. But, still my favorite pizza!!! ❤❤

The staff is very nice, the food can be pretty good but it's hit or miss. My best friend loves the place... it's ok.

This used to be the place to go for authentic Italian food. However, i have found that the prices are a bit higher and the quality of food has gone downhill. For example, the last time I was there I ordered their large stuffed shells with their popular sauce. Unfortunately, it arrived on a small plate with the sauce placed beneath the shells, which were stuffed with some type of cheese (not ricotta). The party I was with was not impressed as they too ordered the same item off the menu. It dismays me to say that I will not be returning to this establishment. As i previously stated, this used to be the place to go. But, now all i can say is No! No! No!

The waitresses were kind and helped one another. The stuffed peppers are amazing. The fettuccine Alfredo and spaghetti hardly had any sauce. The Alfredo was also very oily which made it less appetizing.

Have had difficulties regularly with this place. Quality of food and service have steadily declined over the years.4/19/20: Called and ordered a pizza for pickup. Got to the counter, paid for it, and they said they forgot to make the pizza. Are you serious? Had to sit in the car for 30 minutes while they made it. Didn't even offer a discount or anything. Last time I ever go here and I will be spreading the word as a contractor who works all over Lockport.

This place has great Italian dishes, really good wings. Their pizzas are incredible. Giant slices! Fresh ingredients! Choice of sweet sauce, meat sauce or traditional! Definitely worth trying. We try to order from there at least once a month. It's a great place to dine in as well.

You definitely get your money's worth when it comes to pasta! I could barely make a dent in my bowl by the time I had my bread and salad! Waitress was very nice, I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick bite, or for a nice Italian dinner.

Food was delish! Egg roll with sausage stuffing, pizza traditional ad sweet che/pep, chicken fingers.

Great tasting food, large portions, and friendly, accomodating staff! My mom has cancer and can only have bottled drinks. They went out of the way to get her what she could have!

The food is decent, if you can ever get through to them that is! Phone lines are always busy, or it rings and sounds like someone picks up and hangs up. We’d order more if it wasn’t so difficult to place an order.

Bad customer service on the phone orders , food was dry and over cooked and it was supposed to be a cold sub , and the chicken wings were awful and dry . I’ll be looking for a new place sad to say .

I absolutely love the calzones!!

Would like for management to reach out please. Just tried calling over 100 times and nothing (proof in photo). Completely disgusted at the quality of food I just wasted money on. Plus I don't live in the area, drove half an hour there, picked up order and drove half an hour home only to find pizza AND garlic bread twists were burnt.
